The Roman Imperial Italic G Helmet was said to have been found in a cave near Hebron, perhaps lost by a Roman legionary during the Bar Kochba Rebellion of 132-135 AD. Attractive brass plating adorns the surface of the helmet with small rings wrapped around the cap of the helmet, as well as elegant embossed designs along the rim and visor of the helmet. The Italic G Helmet is a great example of a classic Roman helmet.
